The Project will be located in federal waters approximately 16 miles off the southeast coast of Grand Isle, Louisiana, and will access abundant U.S. gas supply by leveraging existing infrastructure. Procurement of all long-lead materials is complete and modular assembly of equipment is underway. Subject to the receipt of all required permits and approvals, NFE targets beginning operations in the first quarter of 2023. Sempra on Thursday reached a preliminary agreement to supply France's TotalEnergies with gas from a second, Mexican project, Vista Pacifico LNG. TotalEnergies would acquire a 16.6% stake and take about one-third of the 4 MTPA plant's export production, under the deal. LNG price forecasts are strong enough that the risks are worth taking if a plant can begin operation in the next couple of years, said Alex Munton, an LNG analyst at consultancy Wood Mackenzie. "We continue to see a tremendous amount of interest in our LNG development projects," said Paty Ortega Mitchell, a spokeswoman for Sempra.
This has the makings of a LNG gold rush--> Last year, about a dozen LNG developers said they aimed to reach final investment decisions on their projects. TELL should get funding because of this- that will drive that stock BUT These other players are ready to roll! ////

I piled back into CR, ARX, BIR today got CR on a nice pullback. BIR is making a new high. Also rebought my Lithium plays not doing much yet but looks like it wants to move; Copper stocks are up today here I see that as a positive for Lithium sentiment.
