Under the deal, Rio Tinto has now received $80 million in cash and about 17.8 million Uranium Energy(UEC) common shares, valued at $70 million. The company funded the cash component of the deal through its existing balance sheet, and post-closing Uranium Energy(UEC) has no debt and $93 million of cash and liquid assets. In premarket trading on Monday, Uranium Energy(UEC) was up 1.7% while Rio Tinto rose 2.6%. Price: 3.66, Change: +0.06, Percent Change: +1.67
