    Alright.
You had the best of intentions, I know that.
So I apologize for the harshness.
I'm only looking out for Stoney and his son who has endured a life changing event.

Edit... and yes, despite what you say... he does need to suck it up. Its his son that matters.
Fuck the selfish sob that jumped off the roof and probably destroyed his 2 daughters psyche forever.
Stoney doesn't know this guy, but he does know his son, and he does know the girl.

  2. I struggled with everything you guys talked about.

Update- I am actually taking this fairly well. My wife is not. This is making things much more difficult. We have each lost our fathers young, I was so young I blissfully do not remember the man but my wife lost her's at that critical age of 16. My wife went over the deep end yesterday.

And it was interesting the grief was completely personal and the anger very real. This man he not only took so much from his two daughters and his wife but he's taken from us as well. We are freaking out about losing our Boy to college and now we have this small amount of time together before he goes and he's completely immersed in this tragedy spending every waking and sleeping moment up there with his girlfrind. So we too have suffered a great loss in a way and my wife is really really upset. Stress the ' really. '

I saw my boy yesterday and he is of course suddenly a man. He is like a mythical creature, he has faced this super scary situation head on. He told me the look the doorman gave the two of them when they arrived there day of the tragedy will be something he never forgets. Doormen are some of the greatest people-- they really care. This guy was completely broke up-- he's the one that discovered the body and had to tell the mother.

    WHY!

Everyone is filled with anger now. The man had lost his job a few months ago. He was let go...
we had heard he got another one quickly that one may of been fake. There is an issue, no one knows exactly what it is-- did he forge something?- He was worried about jail time. I'm just guessing but they spend alot of time at a condo in Fla and I wonder if he made Fla his home state and did work in NYC that's a no no. But it's large fine and white color crime nothing to step out of your life for.

He told his wife he was going for a walk. And walked right off the roof.

  4. We have this Fire Island rental that starts Wed. We'll see, I really don't want to go alone with my wife. The whole idea was family bonding before college.

One thing is for sure. I have told my son that his girl is family now. Whatever I can do to help I will-- The very last thing i want is for her to back out of college. She's been accepted into a good college in N Carolina and she needs to go. I don't know what the future brings for this family but we want to be there and if need be ensure her tuition is paid.

Cancel the rental. Or give it to someone. You need to be home, because he's not gonna leave.

  7. JULY 18-
Jerash Holdings to manufacture apparel for Skechers 08:13 JRSH, SKX Jerash Holdings (JRSH) announced the addition of a new lifestyle branded customer, Skechers (SKX), known for its footwear and a growing range of apparel offerings.

    • The company has apparel manufacturing facilities in Jordan in order to benefit from a trade agreement between the country with the USA.
    • The business is growing rapidly and revenues and net income came in at $143.3 million and $7.9 million in FY22, respectively.
    • However, just two clients account for over 90% of revenues, and social unrest could spread across Jordan due to rising food prices.

Rivian Automotive price target lowered to $46 from $69 at Deutsche Bank 08:06 RIVN Deutsche Bank analyst Emmanuel Rosner lowered the firm's price target on Rivian Automotive to $46 from $69 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The analyst expects U.S. auto suppliers to report "soft" Q2 results but generally maintain their outlooks calling for solid improvement in the second half of the year. Automakers will still describe favorable conditions but face growing earnings risk, Rosner tells investors in a research note. With Q2 "likely to represent trough earnings for suppliers," the upcoming reporting season "could serve as a helpful reset of expectations," and a potential catalyst for investors to increase long positions ahead of material earnings recovery over the next 18 months from volume improvement, reduced volatility and improved costs, says the analyst.

Goldman Sachs reports Q2 EPS $7.73, consensus $7.25

JPMorgan upgrades Grab with profitability shifting into 'high gear' 07:16 GRAB JPMorgan analyst Ranjan Sharma upgraded Grab Holdings to Overweight from Neutral with a $3 price target. The analyst cites the potential for positive earnings surprises and valuation for the upgrade. Grab is a "superior regional super-app platform" that is best geared to rising online consumption in Asian countries, Sharma tells investors in a research note. The company's profitable mobility segment is likely to "shift into high gear" as economies re-open, making it a cash flow engine to Grab's "flywheel," which creates opportunities for multi-year growth, says the analyst. With a focus of the industry shifting towards profitability, Grab can deliver earnings surprises, Sharma adds.
