Stoney, I bought 2000 AERC at $10 in a horrific broker. I go to sell at $12, error message “You don’t have enough share” I call the broker, the fool said “Must wait till settlement “ hung up after system let me out at $13plus by luck

Today GS and MS called for $150 oil and one other big petrol related outfit. Today was the day we talked about.- Somehow someway.... oil is about to turn over I think.. Place yer bets.!
I don't think it's marginable. That may be why. If you closed another position after you called them, and it was a market order on AERC, and the position you closed had enough cash in it, then the order would fire. The problem is, if the position you closed was also opened today, you're gonna get a margin call tomorrow for that amount. You can use unsettled funds to buy, but only if you hold overnight. I got screwed bad on this once. I forget which stock, but it was an ipo and it was like $270 and I bought 1000 shares, and then sold right away. At the time the brokers software didn't have that restriction coded in lol. I think it's called "a free ride" violation.
Didn't quite get that today. Tony Dwyer usually bulled up was sedate//// A chick almost said it was a summer rally but qualified it / someone did almost say the Stoney Curve was the bottom but then got wishy washy. Still no one has called this move the summer rally....
