A Cancer Trial’s Unexpected Result: Remission in Every Patient The study was small, and experts say it needs to be replicated. But for 18 people with rectal cancer, the outcome led to “happy tears.” https://www.nytimes.com/2022/06/05/health/rectal-cancer-checkpoint-inhibitor.html

Pancreatic cancer. Researchers managed to tame advanced pancreatic cancer in a woman by genetically reprogramming her T cells, a type of white blood cell of the immune system, so they can recognize and kill cancer cells. Another patient who received the same treatment did not survive. https://www.nbcnews.com/health/heal...rimental-approach-shrank-tumors-one-rcna31437
That commercial is back! Something bad always happens right after... Does nobody else hear this creepy commercial... When I talk bad things happen. So today at the gym I'm looking mighty fly I have my yellow sweats Nike collab peace sign// very drippy and I have my tie dyed shirt Neighborhood I think, great round collar and she is wearing oh so cute short tan camp shorts Grrrrrrrrrrr and tight top and (forgive me) avocados! You know what I'm saying the not ripe ones.. oh so firm!!!! And we face face other and I put my hands on my hips almost out cuteing her and I aknowledge her fab outfit and i said... Very Squid Games. Her face fell. I meant that it the best way there's a super cute chick in Squid Games and they dress like little dolls and and.. I ruined the moment!
It's such a bad name and bad idea isn't it? It fees like they are running away from facebook before an election.. I don't like the change. Meta is stupid.
I've written several posts here over the years similar to this one: Waited and waited and the sector hasn't budged. Maybe its day has finally arrived. I really do believe this. Technology has given us autonomous automobiles. I mean they're not street ready quite yet, but the computational power required to make millions and millions of calculations like that per second.... that same power now exists in biotech too. There's no telling how far we can go. Question is, in the US at least, can Social Security afford to let people live an average of ten or more years longer? It's pretty much a failed program. So they say. Throw in robots doing more and more jobs, and Social Security will be losing revenue on the bottom end. Too many old people and not enough young wage earners to support the system. Big problem.
Agree. Stupid name, idea and platform itself. Wonder with Sandberg retiring will bugeye have to step forward and be the face outfront or we he give someone else a couple of bill to do that instead?
