I have some funny stories about these lads. I shot them a few times (video) along with my Director back in the day at Andy Warhol Studios-their super model girlfriends, the excess - We filmed them on the roof of the 2nd factory. Now when I read that, the first thing that pops into my mind is drones. And before you say it, last week we were talking about military drones. I scoffed at that because they are all part of huge defense contractors, but I wonder who leads the field in delivery drones? There's probably a ton of companies, many in China, but I wonder who UPS is leaning towards, because my guess is one or two of these companies will emerge as the industry leader, and I think we'll see them become more ubiquitous initially in places like Africa. Not only do the roads in general suck, but the villages are all spread out and the beauty of drones is they can use solar to recharge. Pretty abundant down there. Didn't I find a company way back when that was working with UPS that made electric vans that launched delevirey drones? I think I did. I'll look. I wanna say it was out of Cincinnati. Or Indiana.
