Anyone else notice those draw-downs in today's EIA. Oil, gasoline, and distillates... across the board... all 3 down, hence today's pop in oil. But what else does it tell us? Hmmm. It tells me the economy is firing on all cylinders and then some. Like I said earlier, the Fed is a long ways from done. Sell the Naz.

Pure Storage is one of my babies. Here we have beat earn 4 time in a row and what are we barely up. Shares of Pure Storage have gained 8.3% in the past year compared with the sub-industry's decline of 12.4%. It's enough to make you re think these things. Couple ways of playing this I really feel the end of the run could be coming-- how can they beat again? And this will be one of those names I held and held and held through all of this garbage just to lose at the end. Really torn here I woke up today thinking one these fancy plays you see on TV would be the way to go- Sell a call Van can explain-- I wouldn't want to short this name- that has a sense of taking a side to me-- Option King Might consider PSTG Mar 2023 30.000 call OPR - OPR Delayed Price. Interesting. Never heard of this company until today. Be that as it may, even though it "popped" today, it's still in a chop zone on the weekly. I suggest you sell once it goes up to the upper limit.
The whales read my post Stoney This thing has done nothing but go up since I wrote this. Volume up 58% today. 20% in 4 days on a stock no one had ever heard of
It's a trading stock the most leveraged to Oil price. I prefer the other ones short term because it missed earnings so I bailed at $22 just now for a small profit. Missed out on better exit at 22.6x had the order on yesterday and cancelled it. I believe this call is basically saying why own this one short term when there are others that beat earnings easily and pay dividends. Longer term I believe it will shine because it has 35 years supply and a really good balance sheet situation. Cdn Oil stocks get bounced around as Oil moves and sentiment shifts, but the value play is always there and if markets don't agree they'll just gradually privatize or be taken over. Some will have huge dividends coming based on mgmt. promises in public.
