Some January's are bad (last year) Of greater interest to me is tax loss selling and qtrl tax payments which attract draw downs on certain dates. And the jan effect itself is very fascinating. There is something to it. It's 1/2 psychological and 1/2 fact but get off to a good start and end the year nicely up I believe in that.
