Mining stocks remain really good especially gold miners. Oil stocks bullish but a slower grind. New trade I'm watching is if Nat Gas can turn a corner the Cdn Nat Gas stocks are getting cheap some have massive yields now. Also, a variety of small caps on the TSX venture are getting a lot of positive action now more volume. I did day trade two Nat Gas stocks one day this week that Nat Gas gapped up. Relatively easy money on Crew Energy and Peyto. Earnings aren't for weeks but the main players like Birchcliff, Arc Resources, Nuvista tend to pop shortly before the reports. Have no Nat Gas exposure at the moment ( cleared out my stocks ages ago ) but it's a decent day trade on select days. I cleared out my Copper and Silver stocks late week except for two juniors on the Venture. Potential break outs in play : Black Creek Silver, Avanti Energy, Surge Copper, Argonaut Gold, Lucent Energy, Calibre Gold. All high risk high reward plays that are thinly traded.
Van I am ok. I know what you think and it's only partially true. I've been through alot. LOGI.... I couldn't bare to tell you... the mockery... I did have some exposure. I had closed the options for 100+ and sold half of my holdings which is always smart when you are way up... But that other half got macked. Now for the weird stuff. Someone attacked me cyber wise. It was about 7:00 in the morning I think it was last Friday and all the sudden emails starting rolling in one after the other non stop. They came from allover the world and each was some form of a form letter response thanks for getting in touch, for reaching out, for reserving yada yada and we'll get back to you .. Good News! You're on the subscription list.. etc... These came in one after another non stop in the thousands.. Japanese, Russian, Chinese everything .. companies all over the United states, non stop they came. Now I am a very paranoid person to begin with so I stared manually deleting each and every one as fast as they camei n and I almost had a nevous breakdown. I'm serious it was hamster shit- i was on the wheel- and with the Mushrooms I lost it. My wife was going mad. Non of her stuff could get through. This is war! Apple is a fabulous company.
