I THINK WE HAVE TO BE OPEN TO THE CONCEPT THAT THE MARKET MAY BE IN THE PROCESS OF SHIFTING FROM WINNERS TO LOSERS.- This has been attempted by Mr Market about two other times and both times reflexively investors piled back into the top 8 stocks.
