Boy those commercials bring back memories. Once I bought this giant TV from The Wizz. Sony XBR series they were amazing and huge and I struggled up six flightsof stairs on 8th ave after they dropped it at the curb-- no white glove treatment back then. and I unpacked it and it has a huge scratch in the middle of the screen. I called the Wiz. No problem bring it back... They wouldn't pick it up... I lived for years with that scratch.
