I saw the Cramer if you listen carefully he put a little shade on the idea something like in a few years.. or after some more downside.. / There's still some dislocation in the banking sector. I haven't charted it but I would wait til the next earn report when you can dig in and figure out where the money is going within that company.
My best guess next week is we start the week slow. Tues Optimism for a deal should shoot us up. Wed some negativity about that same deal takes us down. Wed after close--> Nvidia Earnings Nvidia earnings Wednesday night will be a big deal for the market rally. NVDA stock is everything that's going right with the market. It's the leading megacap and AI stock in a market rally dominated by megacaps and AI plays. Nvidia shares leapt 10% last week and it's significantly extended. Steep sell off Thurs, Fri, Next Monday. what if NVDA earnings are a blowout and they guide H100 sales higher? would you still think a buy the rumor and sell on the news event?
Hello X-Rays-! Whenever a market participant doesn't know the answer they say "great question" and may I say to you great question! Everyone has an interest in seeing NVDA do well. If they guide up I think they can even miss their rev number. Most houses seem to think NVDA will beat top and bottom line AND guide up that seems to me to be asking alot. Timing is interesting of course. This may not be the best week to be rewarded for earn as politics takes center stage. Taking into account leverage that may exist-- everyone seems to be taking out insurance on certain leading names. If there is a problem it will result in a large and quick drop. Last I heard-> NVDA is expected to post quarterly earnings of $0.92 per share in its upcoming report, which represents a year-over-year change of -32.4%.<---- For me that's not enough,/ Not with a PE of.....? It's high. The stock is ahead of itself and pricey. That being said there are alot of powerful folks who want this AI-driven rally to continue.
