Biden's not gonna quit. He might even start creeping up in the polls again. Think of it like a football game Stoney... the first half is winding down and the Dems are down big. With one minute left on the clock, instead of going for a big play... they need to just take a knee, hit the locker-room, rally the players, and come out for the second half energized and laser-focused. You can't have the players in the locker-room screaming at each other and pointing fingers. They need a Nick Saban style--- "down 28 points"--- halftime tirade/oration to get the team, to be a team. Without that, the second half will be uglier than the first.
