They have a lot of debt. Trading at 20X EV/EBITDA, and 27X FCF. YOY quarterly GAAP earnings fell 30%. Why? I'd dig into that before I bought this stock. They're not a monopoly. Dead money imo, anything north of $66, is a sell. And I'm not saying it's not well run, it is. Its just that it's an industrial, it has had a great run, and the business is historically cyclical.
I didn't see this post. That's certainly a step in the right direction but aside from the completion of the deal, this has been priced in. They announced the deal in early December and the stock got a $5 bump off the low $50's on it.
