Cramer said last month the vix would see a 13 handle... I think it was around 18 at the time. Most people said he was nuts. What an amazing call 13.87 on today's close Top that Stoney.
Before the futures open here in the next few minutes, tomorrow is gonna be a huge up day. I think we are gonna see a squeeze across all sectors. They kept the Naz and S&P relatively flat even after that incredibly hawkish Fed meeting. For the last 1.5 hours of the rth, shorts were piling on. I think what we we're gonna see, is one hell of a bear trap. 2 minutes to go.
Personally, I think Powell was deliberately hawkish. I won't go as far as to say they deliberately lied, but I think the vote for 2 more hikes was to put some fear in these markets, because that's a big part of it too. We can't have the whole "happy days are here again" if we want 2% inflation. I half-assed listened to Powell, so I might have missed it, but I did not hear one mention of the student loans. That's gonna be big. Companies will start to see it perhaps at the end of Q3, but Q4 will not end with a merry X-mas. Discretional spending is gonna contract for sure as student loan payments come home to roost. From June 1st:
I guess us young heart at can see a crowded stock! Should we pitch in for a package of Stock Enzyte for the Options King? I am worried he’s about to limp out right when the hottest girls like AMD and NVDA are flashing boobies and smiling at him. He’s too young to ignore beautiful Lululemon trainers(Momo stocks).
I'm worried about Stoney, I mean anyone can jump on the WSB's stocks like SOFI and claim 100% in a few days.... and don't get me wrong, a win's a win. But it's his lack of seeing the bigger picture near term that worries me. Like that. But bigger picture aside, these type of stocks he posts 20 of per day are not conducive to long term wealth building. I warned him about this numerous times.... find quality stocks with solid balance sheets and great growth potential.... then buy and hold. Sure we spit out the short term trades based on that morning's or that week's momo, but we don't fall in love. This is Stoney's tragic flaw in trading. And who doesn't go short from time to time, be it a stock or an etf? That's just plain silly.... and it is evidenced in our last 3 threads. These stupid ideas are up nicely one day, but 6 months later they are down 50%+ or more lower. The readers deserve a more thoughtful prognostication imo... it's like a company's fundamentals don't matter. Well they may not matter to the reddit wsb apes that are clueless imo... but they matter to professional investors. In the long run, story stocks are for losers. I taught him that with Slinger, WRAP, and a few others. Or at least I tried. The current one is the company that puts solar chargers in the bed of a pick up truck. His Seeking Alpha writer was all over it last week,,,, the guy probably doesn't know how to tie his shoes if the truth were known... but Stoney see's it as a great idea and when someone buys it for a dime outside the b/a spread... oh don't we hear how great he is. the saving grace on this one is his reccy didn't startat $8/share... it's already in the toilet. I'd buy this stock all day long... at 1/50th of the current price... or 1.7 sales. Which puts it at about $0.08/share. And that would be if I were feeling generous. Search: VZ.. theory of the lemonaide stand for more.
Who took a sip out of the stupid cup? Guys don't be fools- you sound greedy and dumb-! When I tell you a 4% correction is coming you had better believe it! Lizard King is always right. How did he know? It's simple- his birthday is coming up and shit all catches on fire then... and he's got a huge amount of an IPO hopefully that's going to of course be delivered on the day of a tech purge-- it's so predictable...
WillScot Mobile Mini (WSC) is building the right side of a cup base with a 53.46 buy point. Shares jumped 5.9% following better-than-expected earnings and sales on April 26. The provider of modular storage units reported a whopping 112% Q1 EPS growth following a 64% increase in Q4. It has a 90% five-year earnings growth rate. Analysts project 59% profit growth this year and 23% in 2024. WSC is a damn fine name. / Wish I was still in it. One of my great finds.
