IPO UPDATE> (Reuters) — Travel firm Viking Holdings said on Monday it is seeking a valuation of up to $10.8 billion in its initial public offering in the United States, as it joins a slew of companies looking to take advantage of a rebound in the capital market. The company and some of its existing shareholders are offering 44 million shares priced between $21 and $25 apiece, aiming to raise as much as $1.1 billion. Norges Bank Investment Management, which manages the Norwegian Government Pension Fund, has indicated that it wants to buy up to $100 million in ordinary shares in the offering, Viking - backed by private equity firm TPG and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board - said in the filing. Viking will list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "VIK". BofA Securities, J.P. Shares of Tencent Holdings Ltd. saw their biggest one-day gain in nearly a year on news the Chinese tech giant plans an earlier release of a hotly anticipated mobile video game. Tencent 700, +5.46% will release “Dungeon and Fighter: Origin” game on May 21, the game’s developer, Korean-based Nexon Games 225570, +2.45% said in a press release. DNF, originally a computer game launched in 2005, has more than 850 million registered players worldwide, with gross revenue to date over $22 billion, said Nexon.
