    They say Trump's stake at $50/share is $4 Billion:wtf:
You KNOW he's gonna dump that on day one after the merger goes through and the new stock starts trading. If he can that is.

The SEC declared effective the Registration Statement on Form S-4 for the proposed business combination between Trump Media and Technology Group and Digital World Acquisition Corp after long delays. The merger was first proposed in late 2021 but had been hindered by investigations by the SEC and the U.S. Department of Justice. Trump will hold more than 78 million shares in the newly created company, a 58.1% stake, which is worth about $4 billion at just over $50 per share as of Thursday afternoon.

We'll have to look this up and see what the lock-up date is.

    • Lock-Up. Unless waived by Digital World prior to the Closing, key stockholders of TMTG (including its management team) agreed to be subject to a six-month lockup in respect of their Digital World common stock, subject to certain customary exceptions, which would provide important stability to the leadership and governance of TMTG. In addition, the Amended Charter will contain lock-up restrictions as described herein.

Who's TMTG's management team? Jared and Don Jr?
