I don't know about that. But I do know that people are used to the idea of our being governed by white male Christians, and if anyone manages to pull the Hispanics together, there are going to be some big changes which the establishment isn't going to like.
I think that in most places even a brother and sister who are adopted and not genetically related would be barred by the law from marrying.
You are missing my point....because I am not for gay marriage , does not mean I am against gays or against gay rights of some kind....like wise, many conservatives like me are FOR gun control, that does not make me anti constitutional nor liberal...there is no single issue that is 100% clear cut ....one of the problems with the gay movement in America is that many of their leaders take an all or none approach which alienates many people....do you really think that the marriage is the end all? The next issue will be the proliferation of adoption by gay couples...that is their end goal...marriage is just a means to the end..why not just cut to the chase and admit it? Forget the marriage issue. Should gays be allowed to adopt ???
