Depends on how the privately 100tonne monument owning nut jobs got their resources to do the cleaning.

Imo boxed brain is easyer to manipulate into supporting private interests.

Interests like flushing while not maintaining cess pools.

Or better education that could be bit hard to pay for without leveraging others time.
