Gas Substitute...

  2. Actually no. I have a friend who's looking into this rather intensely. The technology is sound in theory. I just don't know about the actual equipment. If it is valid, even in a limited way, can the practicality be far behind with oil at this pricing? :)

  4. Yeah, I'm thinking there can't be a 1 to 1 return ratio. It takes energy to make energy. But if the trade off is you lose some water.... :)

    This might prove quite interesting. If there is some validity in the technology, I say explore it. Do the oil powers REALLY want to take the chance here? There's just enough public anger flowing out there.
