insider trading was not crime prior to 1934.

The fraudsters in wall street are ripping off investors and traders everyday that is stealing!!! and the SEC just watch and stare with their eyes open and shut up.

    15 counts!

he isn't that stupid and all recorded in tape.

the guy has no problem with insider trading ...or what you call no remorse.

he is actually proud of himself or the insider trade. job well done. trading on privilleged 'information'

an honorable man prosecuted by the wall street market makers who knows how much he made on the trade and is jealous.

the market makers like goldman sachs network are the biggest theives and these guys walk free.

    who did he steal from?

Do you know what theft is?

insider trading is as serious as counting cards in a black jack table as wall street is a casino.

98% of insider trading is not prosecuted.

either he is unlucky or as show to the public. that the SEC is serious about regulating the crooks in wall street and that wall street can be trusted. etc.

Like a cop arresting and charging street level drug dealers but the king pin is never arrested because the drug king pin is untouchable.

Goldman Sachs has connections to the Whitehouse and David Sokol well he works for Buffet.
