% Gains - Is My Math Correct

  1. Basically correct if KISS.
    If you want precise calculation, you need to account for when gains were made and when withdrawals.

    You are correct. I use Fidelity and they do list all of the variables and the % return

    It is a required monthly payment (P+I), not an optional paydown, if that is what you are referencing.

    I got 12.41% but it's calculating the commission that's why I am a bit off, I think.
