Looking forward to the fresh thread. Have a relatively new home gym built with some Rogue Fitness equipment and I am loving it. I was kind of trapped into doing the same thing due to crowded gym and now I have a newer routine built around the powerlifts that constantly changes.

I have been doing great with my workouts but the "diet" is killing me!! Having kids and thus sweets constantly in house is challenging to say the least.

My friend. Talk to your doctor. If you're over the age of >50, not long before the old mast stops flying...... Get on TRT. Balls dont work much past 55-60. Quality of life improves dramatically. Work 10 times as hard for half the results without it. What you need and what you lack are the androgens. Google HRT for women. Decade-long practice. Makes women feel good. Same shit happens for older men. All our 'feel good' and fat-loss hormones plummet with aging. I'm on TRT and won't look back. Peace.

As a side note - I dropped 35 pounds since I started TRT in the spring. Cut out half a gallon of milk a day. Down 4 inches on the waist. Haven't been in the gym since the spring and cheat 3-4 times a week. Real easy to stay in shape now. Had I been in the gym, I'd be jacked.

  4. Speak for yourself, boyo.

On the plus side, I hear that each TRT program comes complete with a complimentary last will & testament kit. :D

  6. On an empty stomach, <30". I wear 29" jeans comfortably; 30" jeans are loose at the waist after the first wearing following a wash. Of course, I'm short, so that may have something to do with it. Even so, I'm 58 and still sport a 6-pack, although admittedly it doesn't look quite as angry as it did when I was younger.

  10. Presently, I don't know. I only had my body fat measured once. It was in 1992 or 1993, when I was in my mid-30s at the Dunfield Club in Toronto, where I worked out at the time. They measured me at 7% using a caliper, which I understand is not the most accurate tool for measuring true body fat. In any event, even if it had been an accurate reading at the time, I'm quite confident that I presently wouldn't come in at a single digit.
