Any gadgets that you are eyeing at that you are planning to get this year? Is it wise to get an IPAD if I have a good realiable laptop with me?
If you're working at a desktop I suggest a remote mouse. I used to have one from Logitech and it was great being freed up from the mousepad. It has all the buttons and a rollerball atop in place of rolling around on the pad. And no wires.
