My money is on the Syrian, Iranian and Pakistanian terrorists. Iran and Pakistan have gotten Islamonukes, so we should feel free to use nukes on em to defend ourselves from their Islamic Terrorism. With Syria, we should just bomb em, catch the leader Assad and throw his corpse into a meat freezer like we did with Gaddafi.
