fxi: out of line ?

I'm seeing a NAV of 121 USD on yahoo finance of yesterday, shangai-index was down 5% tonight, yet I'm seeing people bidding of 132.41 at this moment. Any good explanation out there for this or is this trading way out of line ?

 

The current NAV is $132.69 and Hang Seng was up 0.21% overnight...makes sense to me

oops, seems I overlooked something, more important, where can I get a recent value of NAV of FXI ? Shanghai stocks seem to have gone down since then, but I know these might not be representative, but neither do I think Hang Seng is.

also nav is useless. It simply follows the hang seng index.
