Sehr geehrter Herr Nieuwoudt, 06.02.2006 ich möchte kurz zu Ihren Behauptungen die hier erscheinen einige Punkte zur Aufklärung anfügen. 1. Bei uns (fxtrader.net) fühlen sich alle Kunden wohl = Lüge, denn alle Beiträge in diesem Forum zeugen davon das Kunden sich von Ihren Geschäftsgebahren betrogen fühlen, und das mit gutem recht!!!! Wo sind die Kunden die sich wohl fühlen, vor allem Kunden die bereits seit Sommer 2005 Ihre Kunden sind??? 2. Alle Kunden wurden über Websitefehler informiert - Falsch = Lüge !!! Ich kann beweisen das dies nicht geschehen ist. Erst als Auszahlungen angefordert wurden, wurde dies in einem Mail erwähnt, den Kunden der weitere Handel ermöglicht und die Zusicherung gegeben das die Umsätze aufs neue Konto umgebucht werden und nicht verloren sind. Trotzdem wurden neue Konten eröffnet und den Kunden wurde keine Mail mit Fehlermeldung gegeben. Die Umbuchung wurde natürlich nicht vorgenommen mit allen möglichen Argumenten. â Das Geld immer mal einsammeln. 3. Wenn Ihnen klar war das Fehler vorhanden waren, und Sie den Kunden Ihre Handelsumsätze nicht auszahlen, hätte ein ehrlicher Geschäftsmann keine Einzahlungen angenommen. So entsteht der sehr begründete Verdacht des vorsätzlichen Betrugs. â Gelder spricht 100$ pro Konto 4. Ihre Umgangsweise mit Ihren Kunden ist ein Verhöhnen der Kunden. Erst wird bestritten das Konten bestehen. Wenn diese dann hartnäckig darauf bestehen wird ein Konto eröffnet jedoch keine Auszahlung gewährt. Die erreichten Handelsumsätze werden nicht aufs neue Konto umgebucht. â Möchten Sie dauerhaft zufriedene Kunden oder eigentlich nur Kunden die Konten aufmachen und die Einzahlung als Verlust buchen?? 5. Ihre Firma ist eine gute Firma und seit 1999 im Geschäft !! Das kann nur Spott und Hohn hervorrufen. Wenn dem so wäre, wie erklären Sie sich zu Beispiel die Anfängerfehler der Websoftware?? Warum sind Ihre Kunden nicht Tausende wie bei anderen Brokern?? Haben Sie in 7 Jahren nicht einmal 300 Kunden im Bestand?? Diese Ihre Argumente zeigen deutlich worum es geht, gezieltes Abzocken der Kunden â Einlage 100$ jetzt mindestens 3000$ 6. Sie und Ihre Firma würden gut handeln, wenn Sie Ihre Kunden ordentlich entschädigen für diese unkorrekte Behandlung. Their company is a good company and since 1999 in the business!! That can cause only mockery and Hohn. If like that were, how you explain itself as example the beginner errors of the Web software?? Why aren't your customers thousands as with other Brokern?? Don't you even have 300 customers in the existence in 7 years?? These your arguments show clearly for which it go, purposeful Abzocken of the customers - insert now 100$ at least 3000$ 6. They and your company would act well, if you compensate your customers properly for this unkorrekte treatment. Otherwise you will never come over 300 customers, since such dishonest act fast admits becomes.

I can understand your English now! As far as FSB - it is not a statement yet, but they seem to ignore my complaint.
It seems to me that when Refco had it's troubles recently, the refco fx division had problems with monies in customers accounts and that division was part of the bankruptcy. This was due in large part to the fact that it was in an unregulated market. However the regulated futures division just kept clicking along as if nothing happened and customer funds were kept in segregated accounts. I must ask again why someone prefers cash to futures?

It has been sent by <b>'John Doe' </b> from non-existent domain but signed <b>'Peter'</b>. The last 2 lines are in Russian, saying that the sender uses unregistered emailing spam program.
