I can't see a big difference between pc or laptop cause modern devices can perform good not regarding if they are mobile or not
Might that distinguishes is if using laptop we will easy to bring device anywhere using bag, and if making comparison using laptop and mobile device still prefer using laptop

I agree, sometimes people don't get something right; those so called not famous companies in quote are rather working hard to give out best qualities. So that they can rise to the top, they allow their product do the talking. My point is; some of them still produce some good stuff!
