I want to create my own index in my charting program (Investor RT), basicly replicating the exchange traded Dollar Index - but also doing this for Euro Index, Yen Index, British Pound etc. I understand that trade-weighting is what's normally done, but was wondering if someone could possibly run through the calculations with me?
