Hi,
I am a noob FX trader and would like to know about the top high frequency trading firms dealing in FX. I would like to work my way up to join one of the top FX firms and would like some guidance as to where to start, what to learn and how to get that dream HFT job.

You are putting the cart before the horse. Become highly skilled in programming and computers in general and then think about where to work.
