SGX has some futures with INR reasonable liquid and they along with HKFE have CNH (RMB) with some volume. That's probably not what you're looking for though.

All of FX futures on these exchanges trade 10k contracts a day at most - how do they even justify their existence? Does it make business sense?

Although CME is a "monopoly" not just on FX futures but also on US bond and US equity futures, it is the best and most stable futures exchange out there. I have had horror stories on Eurex when I used to trade the Dax and Eurostox with volatility stops happening quite often back in the day. Seen a few where the market would move miles before it came back. Not ideal
