assuming you've listed in terms of priority I can only suggest interbankfx. If you're placing long term trades you're fine .. just don't expect to be able to scalp.
If you jetison MetaTrader, you open yourself up to many FX market makers and ECN-style Forex brokers.

ibfx are actualyl pretty honest. They'll tell you when they think you're doign smthing they don't like rather than shade the prices and widen spreads (although they might do that as a last resort).
