    Hi all,

I currently trade energy futures for a company and I am looking to move out on my own and trade my own money. I am in the early stages of discovery on this new venture and I am looking for some advice on what I need to get set up. I plan on trading flat price nymex crude, nat gas and RBOB along with some crack spreads maybe even wti/brent spreads. If I had to guess I would probably trade anywhere from 10 to 50 round turns a day.

Do I need an LLC? How do the taxes work? Anyone have a recommendation on what platform would be best?

    Thanks
