Futures scanning software?

Does anyone know of any software to scan for user-defined criteria regarding Futures contracts?

For example

Scan for all contracts whose 10-day EMA cross the 20-day EMA to the upside.

(hit scan)

and you get the results.

Metastock will do it eod but do you want to do it in realtime?
