What do the European Futures Brokers charge to European Retail Customers for Futures? Any input would be appreciated!
LOL, Riskless doesn't know the rates in Europe like there was a chance Saddam was going to leave Iraq before the Bush ultimatum. Sometimes it's too easy read through a post. Next time how about making it a challenge.
Yeah I agree with alterego. OK FFasttrade rates are low. More important issue IMO are high emini exchange fees vs Eurex fees. Bund, Estxx avg daily vol ~1.1M ; ~500k exch fees 0.4 ; 0.6 r/t Dax daily vol ~110k exch fee 1.0 r/t ES daily vol ~700k exch fee 2.3 r/t NQ daily vol ~250k exch fee 2.3 r/t Eurex can even increase rates for DAX to 2.0 without any loss in vol. Emini fees should be lowered to 1.0
I asked about the Europpean Retail, not the IB's, FFastTrade's and the large institutions. The reason I asked this is: I was told that the European Market in Switzerland, Belgium and France were still paying in excess of $10 per side. A strong marketing campaign in Europe would be a good idea if this is still the case, don't you think? I could have used an alias if I was tryiong to fool anyone. Risk Less
