Apex banned some traders just because they have done too many payouts it seems, according to those comments below the following youtube video based on experiences below this link as source "https://www.youtube(.)com/watch?v=JZQfvqOoxy8". That is one reason they have far above average number of complaints at Trustpilot.
Ok so how much money you will spend on the hamster wheel? since you are broke! instead why don't you practice on broker sim until you are really profitable , these so called prop firms target people like you
Ok so I’ll practice SIM then get profitable then what ?! I’ll be a broke, profitable SIM, trader ? Yes, they target people like me that’s why I am a customer. How much money ? What it takes to make a withdrawal to fund my own venture.
Ok so how much money you will spend on the hamster wheel? and by what you have just said you have not even tried Practice SIM perfect customer to fleece
SO if it takes $1000 you could have done the same by opening a real account! so so far how much have you spent and have you got funded and If you have have you recovered the money + more? proof will be in sharing the truth
I do think there is some use for these kind of prop firms if you are underfunded but at least profitable in demo or in a very small account. However most traders who sign up for these kind of firms have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Let's say he bought 10 "$100K" combines over the years, that would have cost him $999. If he put that money in his own account his max trading loss would be $999, however with Topstep his max trading loss for that $999 would be $30K. If you know what you are doing you could use the extra leverage in your advantage.
loss for that $999 would be $30K.? So assuming he fails 9 and only get funded at 10th attempt then with the first step are you saying he gets 30K draw down? don't think so
