Which are they in US and international, except for NQ, ES, DAX, ...

What is volume ratio for NQ contra DAX or others?

For volatility and volume it is tough to beat Kospi 200. The options were the most liquid contract on a futures exchange in the world, by a wide margin.

 

Where can I get more info on those above? Are they futures or options?
