  1. If you're paying for this stuff, you're (probably) a LOSER!

Yes, I sent my money to big mike and you can call me a loser. As a newbie in trading, I wanted to access some of the resources at futures.io, which are all contributed by its members. Banning paid members for no reason and no explanation is a flat scam.

Analogy: You are arrested by a policeman on the street and was told to prove your innocence. Otherwise, you will be executed.

Summary execution is what big mike enjoys. Watchout big mike and futures.io!

ps) Just noted big mike's phone number is +507 (panama). I called and no one answers, just an answering machine.

    I keep confessing I'm a loser...
Want to add some details with the hope to prevent further victims.

On 5/21/2020, I received an email from mike shown in the attached file.
Citing some technical mishap, mike offered a discount on the membership fee.
I fell prey to a slick sales pitch.
This scammer is located outside the US.

I thought you had already paid the $100 ... then got banned after you had paid. So are you saying that you would have had to pay again to become a member?

Or was the first $100 refunded, and you just didn't mentioned that in your posts?

  6. I am a member and I hardly post there. I joined the same time I was purchasing Ninjatrader and some crazy-ass black box trading room (a total pipedream but only worked on Ninja7). Call me a loser...but I learned my lesson and stopped payment on Ninja. (I did not like it)

I was banned after I paid the membership fee and the fee was not refunded.

On repeated requests, I received an email reply from mike @futures.io on 10/27.
He presented two excuses for why he cannot resolve the problem:
    1) he is busy taking care of his pet
    2) the banning was done by his moderator, not him

    After that, he disappeared.

    Final conclusion:
    mike is a scammer.
He does not care and will continue gouging money through futures.io.
    Traders, stay away from furures.io.

I'm dealing with an emergency situation with my pet so please bite your tongue regarding how I've somehow defrauded you. That is why I've not responded.
I didn't ban you, a moderator did. I'll ask why when I'm able.

I asked for an explanation of the 'ban' and you have not replied.
In the beginning, I was sure it was an error.
I called your number in Panama and was greeted by the answering machine.
If I do not hear from you, I have to conclude you are a scammer and you'll pay the due price.

    Hi Mike,
I managed to locate your old email and I am repeating what I appealed earlier.
I do not know what has happened, please help.
I might have put emails from futures.io into spam after receiving some emails.
    ---------------------------------------------
It's been a while since I logged in last time and I had to reset my password to be able to login again.
After I login, I was greeted with a shocking message that I was 'banned' due to a 'fraud'.
I am a beginner in the futures and I joined futures.io to learn the basics.
I simply have no skill set to be able to fraud anything from anyone.
Please provide me with the details of when and how I 'frauded'.

    Thanks,
    Jae

I hardly ever visit the site any more but Mike has a history of being very oversensitive and overreacting to things. Looks like you have offended him.

As far as content goes Futures.io is no better or worse than any other trading forum. It's the over-moderating that makes it worse than others. Just having a simple disagreement with another member, or having too strong of an opinion on an unpopular topic, can get you banned. All depending on what kind of mood Mike is in that day.

Mike is just another internet marketer in the daytrading industry. Like all the others, he sells himself as a "nice guy who's here to help" and brands all his competitors as crooked. You can't trust anyone but he and his affiliates, so stay away from all the others out there.

When I see him marketing no gimmicks, quality education, industry-leading educators, etc... all I can think is that it's like the finance version of Trump University. Now that Trump is going to be out of office maybe he can become a daytrading educator as his next gig... and Big Mike can bring him on for a webinar! LOL!
