Futures Broker with ACH/EFT Deposits and Withdrawals?

I'm looking for a futures broker that allows both deposits and withdrawals via Automated Clearing House/Electronic Funds Transfer. I'd also like low commissions (for example $5 or less per round turn, $2.50 or less per side, all-in for the ES). I know Interactive Brokers meets these requirements. Any other futures brokers that meet these requirements?
