I was curious as to see where you think the future of exchange seats may be? Right now NYMEX seats are around 300k. Do you think this is a worthy investment as seat rentals bring in almost 5% return. I had heard rumblings of a potential buyout down the line for seat owners. I also heard there may be issuing of stock instead of owning a seat should NYMEX move out of their building when the lease expires at the end of this year. However, these were just rumors. It appears the future of trading is electronic but, I assume NYMEX and the CME would not let the seat holders lose complete value. Wanted some insight thanks.
