Fund Manager License

Hello .

Somebody can tell me the requirements to be Fund-Manager licensed?.

The Hedge-fund is 100% Forex.

With Series 3 or Series 65 i can have the licensed fund manager?.

And then what can I do? ...

¿ Where can i find material study free ?

I'm from Spain but the Hedge Fund need a license manager in BVI Virgin island Britain.
