Phone only, used, has some very slight dings in it around the edge. I put a 2GB MicroSD card in it and I'm happy to dig up an old 3G SIM card incase you think ATT would ding you the extra $25 for it. No power cords or cables but you can get the USB charging cord for like $7 shipped on ebay. This is LOCKED to ATT - you can get an unlock code for about $5 online if you need an unlocked phone. Nothing shady about this phone - I got it from ATT brand new about 6 months ago. The water dots are both white (battery & phone), everything works, etc. Can ship with 507 screen (formatted with no OS) or with the latest OS installed - up to you (507 screen you just plug in with BB desktop software and it'll install whatever ATT wants for you). Battery is good, holds a charge, etc. $200 shipped.
