Looking to get $110 each - or $7,370 for the lot. I'll sell in blocks of 10 for $125 each ($1,250 per 10-lot). Intel SSDSA2SH032G1 All used with mfg date in 2011.
Is this it? http://www.google.com/products/cata...2YSpT-OhFJKatwf3z5CiAg&sqi=2&ved=0CL0BEPMCMAM If so, $110 is a great price! Wow
Ubuntu Server 12.04 LTS EDIT: mine are used and i was using them as cache for vmware machines but i decided to direct-map allotted space within larger 64-128gb ssd vs one each in 32gb ssd size. less power, fewer plugs & overall simpler and same speed or faster for less $$$.
Thx for the classified section!!! Gone/Sold to an ET'er @ $94 each hand delivered in NYC. What can you do with them?? run them in RAID 1+0 (raid10) for your OS and kick ass... outfit a whole prop firm with SSD's like the buyer did - thats what you can do with them...
32gb? VmWare ESXI, Hyper-V Server etc. all require a LOT less. Boot image for something that then pulls the data from the network - sometimes it is better to have local boot than doing that over ISCSI, too - gives you a booting platform from which to see the SAN level errors
The guy who purchased these turned them into RAID 10 arrays for OS on a few of his trader's machines. on my ESXI boxes I boot from a 2GB USB card and then use a 32gb SSD for ESXI cache & 64GB for VM Cache - two SSD's per VM host isnt bad. Cheers...
