Front-end with static DOM

Does anyone have a recommendation on a good front end that offers a static ladder DOM with no maintenance fees, ie. fixed monthly fee separate from built in commission. The only one I was familiar with was Ninja Trader, who now offers either a monthly lease or one time license fee.

X trader. One of the best, costs about 500 per month. I also think CQG has one as well.

 

I think IB's BookTrader is usable, though perhaps not the most elegant.
