    I'd bet that Ron Paul has voted yay or nay on several bills he has not personally read. Fact is, these things are too freaken big and there are too #@*&ing many of `em. Just going through the US Budget is a serious undertaking. I'd also bet that a thorough review of the US Federal Budget would take longer than a year at 48 40 hour weeks.
