Sounds like just the excuse Greece needs to keep overspending. (Oops, I forgot... Papandreou promised Greece would not only eliminate its 13% of GDP budget deficit in 2011, but would produce a budget SURPLUS in 2012.)

Germany just stated they are not gong beyond their Trillion dollar threshold. Germany does NOT have plans to keep on pushing money into GREECE.

 

Can't take governments seriously right now.
