Well done Handle for defeating Fibromylageria, that is really great news. Although the high vitamin C intake is one of many things you have done for your health, I have also heard from someone else that extremely high doses of vitamin C can cure seemingly incurable illnesses. Please could you provide more info on your experience with vitamin C? For instance, did you slowly increase your intake or suddenly ramp up your intake? I assume 10,000% means "very high"... are you able to be more specific? How long do you plan to continue taking high doses? Whenever someone buys a jar of vitamin C tablets from the chemist or store, the actual levels are quite low, not too much different from food regulator RDA (recommended daily allowances). So I am guessing you would not be able to buy the amounts you are talking about from a chemist? And presumably there are "some" risks from taking too much (which in your case, might have been worth it)...so I wondered if there are any guidelines as to how much is too much? The RDA levels seem to be extremely conservative. Apologies to OP for going a bit off topic with this question. I could have sent Handle a PM but I am sure others would be interested in the answer so I have kept it here. No more health questions (from me) after this one.
Lol. Down to 361 USD. Trying to get back to 400$ trading M6E. Close to blow up. But I don't give up my plan. I average -4 point per day. There is hope Guys. DOPE
Current research says we can only obtain a very small percentage of vitamin C from a pill because it's a pill, not the natural form of vitamin C (fruits, vegetables). Much better to eat real food instead of relying on pills.
Make 33ticks on M6E 1.310 2.430 3.580 4.770 5.1030 6.1410 7.1940 8.2510 9.3080 10.3650 11.4220 12.4790 13.5360 14.5930 15.6500 Ok. My goal for the end of the month.
Actually that's a joke. Plan to reach 2,5K with M6E. The risk per trade is 8% ... 10tick SL. If I make it I'll move on 6E with 5% risk per trade (10ticka SL). I shouldn't have started with ES. It's Too risky with a tight SL. I guess a good SL on ES is 2-3 points minimum. Well ... I'll continue to update this thread. My goal still in mind. Doable. XD
2016.04.11 -> Break Even (250$) 2016.04.12 -> Break Even (250$) Today I've been bullish Euro, Bought a low, but we were bearish. We made another then .. another one. I averaged down. Managed to break even. What's worse ? To buy the top ? Or to buy a low that's actually not the bottom ? I prefer the second one. However there are alternatives. And what matters too, obviously, is the management of the trades. However I am trying to minimize the false negative. Which is to lose money on a good call. That's the worse thing ever. But I don't have to hold into a loser, an obvious ture negative. Draw the line. Where does the trade becomes a true negative ? A real loser ? A real Mistake ?! When it's too late ? Too Big to Fail ?! No ... Stop telling the data what to mean. Embrace your rules, the market. Follow & improve the plan.
Or put differently : "For instance, consider what must be the most quoted maxim in the business: "Cut your losses short." Sounds great, but what does it mean? Do you get out of a position as soon as it shows a loss? What constitutes a loss? How do you define a market loss? At some point in almost every investment or trade the position is going to show a loss, so how do you know when it is really a loss -- something to get rid of -- and not a position that is going to come back and be profitable?" _ What I Learned from loosing a million
