Has anybody had luck with these websites or nightmares? I've had work done using getafreelancer which was nothing spectacular, expensive and incomplete. Perhaps my mistake was agreeing to pay half, halfway? Perhaps freelance websites that use a escrow payment method are better. Regardless, any tips on retaining capable motivated individuals for freelance software design jobs? Is it possible but challenging, haphazard, possible but very expensive, or just downright impossible?
