Sure but the potential alpha is way higher in the equity universe. Liquid futures are incredibly competitive. So scanning is easily worth it. But nothing worth debating. If whatever one is doing makes money one should continue with that.
Scanning looks to be a challenging art / skill/ method all it's own. How long did it take you to transition to equities and make more than by trading intraday futures fast charts? What is your average hold time for a trade, 10minutes, an hour, 4hours, 2days, more? Thanks man.
Last I visited that was like 5 years ago. The moderator and host at that time was Barrie. Just a regular daytrader like everyone else hosting a live chatroom. There is not much difference than any other daytrading room with the exception that everyone uses TI for signals. I did not find it much useful during my short time there but that may be subjective.
Barrie day trader scanner https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Barrie+day+trader+scanner This Guy? Do they show their charts or just handwaving and and body english to characterize their convictions, etc? Cause, Sweet Brown and Elvis said it best....
I don't even remember if the chatroom had visual permissions. I think it was just his voice and regular chatroom text. Why don't you try them out yourself? You don't need to be a TI customer in order to join their live room. (Unless that was changed for TI only subscribers.)
