The problem with CFD is that it moves in an increment that's different from ES. It ain't a 0.25 move per tick. C'mon, it costs only $1/mo to access level 1 ES from CME (or even free from Ironbeam as mentioned above).
I'm not the one looking for free ...... anything. I've got all the data I need, which I gladly pay more. Takes money (spending) to make money.
You basically sign up and pay a monthly fee through your futures broker. For example, AMP futures charges $1 for CME tier 1 or $3 for all GLOBEX (CME, CBOT and NYMEX). This is pretty much the same with most brokers. https://www.ampfutures.com/trading-info/exchange-data-fees
